Dialogue and evaluation
The dialogue phase of the project to procure a new student information system closed with the issue of the Invitation to Submit Final Tender (ITSFT).  Tenders submitted by the three short listed suppliers - Atos Origin, SunGard Higher Education and Tribal -  were evaluated together with information obtained during the dialogue phase and a decision reached.

Atos Origin, in partnership with Oracle, has been selected as the University’s preferred supplier.

The selection of this proposition will help extend the University’s leadership in the Russell Group and our prominence in the global research university community.

Pre-contract Due Diligence
The pre-contract due diligence phase is now underway. This is being carried out with Atos Origin/ Oracle to:

• Ensure detailed understanding of project scope and remove assumptions
• Confirm how each process will be designed supported
• Confirm responsibilities and develop plan
• Create schedule for inclusion in contract
• Identify and mitigate potential risks.
