When to apply

By February of each year, details of the number and location of flats that will fall vacant from 1st September will be known. A list giving details of these properties can be collected from Residential Services around the middle of February (please contact the office for the exact date). Existing/continuing students can view these flats and submit an application by the end of February.

New students should apply as early as possible, although no offer of accommodation can be made until after you have firmly accepted an unconditional offer of study.

Family Flats are let for a period of 12 months, from the start of September until the end of the following August.
