Effective researcher
This interactive two day course is intended for researchers who are 6-18 months into their PhD. You will meet students from all faculties, working together on fun and practical activities to develop skills vital to your research, including:
- communication and teamwork
- project planning
- time management
- creative problem solving
- negotiating with your supervisor
Our tutors come from research backgrounds and will be on hand throughout the two days to answer your questions and share their own experiences of a PhD.
The course will last from 9.15am to 5pm each day. You must be available to participate both days.
