Postgraduate funding

The Centre is happy to deal with queries from prospective students concerning funding possibilities in the History of Medicine. Current students have received awards from the funding bodies listed below, and intending applicants should contact the Centre for further advice.

Although the Wellcome Trust takes a special interest in the funding of studentships in the History of Medicine, other funding bodies will also consider awarding studentships in this field, and it is common for applicants to apply to more than one body.
